Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 3/4 days of receipt.

UK Mainland 

 

We ship all prints to UK mainland the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, with the Royal Mail, 

with a 1st Class tracked and signed for service,  your package should arrive in 24 hours and 

require a signature on delivery.

The Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Again, we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, but delivery is usually within two 

working days by 5:30pm, delivery will be by your local postal operator. 

  

 

Overseas Shipping - Customs, Duties and Taxes 

 

Customs and VAT after Brexit

As of 1st January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer a part of the VAT area of the EU. 

We ship our prints from the UK, therefore import duties (customs, customs clearance 

charges and import VAT) may apply to the import into the EU and Worldwide, depending 

on the value of the goods, shipping costs and other factors.

USA 

​

From 29th August 2025 the USA has removed its de-minimis threshold.  This means that 

every shipment sent to the USA will have duties and taxes to pay before it can be delivered. 

 

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses whether in the UK or overseas.
